This beefy Suzuki Vitara JLX has had almost two decades of service since it first appeared in 1993 until it was taken to our Manchester salvage yard. A huge estate like this is no challenge to our car breakers, who delighted in taking it apart to get to its 1,590cc carburettor engine.

This petrol Suzuki Alto GL is a 1997 model and just arrived at our car breakers yard. With engine code 'G10B', the engine from this old banger won't fit in anything else, so we'll be squashing this car into a cube instead. Because it's only a pokey wee car, it's only worth about £120 in scrap metal, but that's better than a slap in the face with a wet fish!

This white Suzuki Vitara JLX 16V with a 1.6 litre petrol engine has just landed at our car breakers yard! It looks like the kind of car you’d drive around a prehistoric dinosaur-filled theme park created by an eccentric billionaire scientist, inevitably ending up in a sticky situation when the security system fails because one of the employees is trying to steal dinosaur embryos for a rival company, only to be saved by the plucky grandchildren of the billionaire who are able to somehow re-activate the security system. Actually, that reminds me of a film.. I think it was ‘You’ve Got Mail’..?
We’ve just taken an aluminium Suzuki Swift GLS Special Edition with a 1 litre petrol engine at our car breakers yard! It’s much too awesome to take a photo of, but not enough to stop us from rabidly tearing it apart and selling its various working car parts and accessories. We’re very concerned about climate change here at Metro Salvage, which is why we do such a good job destroying vehicles in an environmentally-friendly way! But fortunately, the war against the weather just tipped in a little in our favour, with the capture and arrest of this green Suzuki Liana GL 1.6l 5 door hatchback with a petrol engine. We’ve long suspected it has played a major part in the shifting of the icebergs, and we’re proud to say that the polar bears can sleep a little easier tonight knowing that this Suzuki is safely stored away at our North West UK scrap yard!
